I am sponsoring a weight loss challenge at my work. After the first weigh-in, a lady shared her story with me. It reminds me that it's so important, when you are trying to lose weight, you MUST stay true to your goals and believe in yourself!
It's January 3 and you've had three days to start working on your New Years resolutions or goals. If you haven't started yet, if you're feeling badly about how 2015 went, today's the day to get out there and make the move. It's not too late!
