Motivation

So true. There's a down side to it though. No one see's me train, they look at what I have worked so hard for out of everyone's sight, the hrs, the self control in the kitchen, the planning, and they think oh its so easy for her......

If I think to just a yr ago & I saw what I look like today I would have been so happy. Don't get me wrong, we are ever improving, building, getting stronger, theres always another goal after the 1st one is achieved. But don't stop! You'll regret it!

So very true. Most post the best of the best pics, the one in the best lighting, when they have the biggest pump, after cutting down, processional shots etc. I see my self every day, worts & all, good & bad bits, fat days, down days. Don't compare.

Thought for the day
@jessiefitness - 4 months postpartum. I had to repost this! What an amazing women. I wish more mothers could see this amazing woman and just whats possible. A huge shout out to all the mothers out proving pregnancy & being a mum is not an excuse.
