Motivation

Hey Peeps , was off for a week on vacation , needed a bit of a break , now back at it , got a nice glow thanks to the sunny days in Hawaii , hope everyone had a great new year ... Cheers Dee...

Friday afternoon , shoulder and back session. Hurt my left should a week ago so still can;t go too heavy on certain exercises but pretty happy with my progress so far...hope all you fitness peeps are do well in the festive season , cheers Dee

Had a good workout session this morning , the rains cause some of the roads to flood so with the traffic it took nearly an hour to get to the gym but gotta stay deadicated...

Had to go to the home country (Fiji) for my cousins wedding so had to take a small break from my routine , used the hotel gyms but nothing beats being back at the good o'l gym in Sydney...
