How I Started:
I have been working out since I was 18 years old. Never have gotten to where I dream of being, never been CLOSE.... I always give in to temptation! I am going to give it my best shot to PROVE to myself that I can transform my body before year's end!
Why I Love It:
I don't particularly LOVE working out at the moment. Once I get into into it, I like it better... ALTHOUGH, I'd MUCH rather be laying around doing ANYTHING ELSE!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation... Tough word. Reading other people's stories and knowing that everyone struggles to achieve their goals... SOME more than OTHERS. I am in the SOME category...

My alarm rang at 6:00am snoozed it till 7:15am. Wheeeew! ALMOST DIDN'T MAKE IT!!!! Stretched a bit, got up, got dressed in 5 minutes and headed out the door for a run. Did 4 miles in 40 minutes.... Not my fastest BY FAR, but a start. Feeling energetic. Have...

Yeah, she's put on some major weight. The type of weight you'd expect someone to put on in retirement. You gotta put up some body progress pics. I keep telling people that, but I gotta do the same. Best of luck with your goals!
Using it as a guideline! I bought asparagus today and the spears are PUNY, so I ate like 20 spears! Too funny! I actually couldn't eat all the food today, I was NOT hungry at all! Tomorrow, my goal is to eat it all! How did your day go? Done w/ your workout?
