Goal (Long):
My goal is to increase my income every week with MonaVie, eventually getting up to $1 Million a week. The only way that's going to happen is by helping A LOT of other people.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I use to grunt when I was young and egotistical, but, now I have learned to just focus on the muscle being worked.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I wear a tank top and a pair of shorts because I am very comfortable in this clothing, plus, I like to see my muscles being worked during each exercise.
Just WOW! every time I check in on you it gets better and better! How was your party on Saturday? I was thinking about stopping by but had some friends in town and I stayed put. Perfect abs Chris you put all the gym rats I know to shame!! (except my trainer of crouse)
