10 to 15 reps per set. I read in a few fitness mags that 10 to 15 reps will suffice.

I rest about 30 to 60 secs.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Before I got heavy into the fitness game, I always tired to eat healthy. About a few months ago(Feb) I totally gave up beef and pork. I did this because every time I ate beef or pork I felt like it weighed me down and I felt sluggish and tired all the time. Now that I've given it up, I feel much more energized. I currently eat chicken(occasionally), turkey and fish. I limit fried foods in my diet as well. My breakfast consist of oatmeal every weekday and a healthy cereal on the weekends. Lunch consists of maybe a salad and fruits. My dinners are mostly meatless although I still need a little work on planning out my meals better. Many of them aren't as healthy as they should be.
