How I Started: I have always been pretty athletic and active since I was a kid. I played sports in high school which kept me in pretty good shape. I started working out off and on last year with my ex but after we broke up I completely stopped. I really started getting serious about changing my body a few months ago after watching True Life, "I Want the Perfect Body II", the one with the girl who wanted to be a fitness model. She inspired me.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it relieves my stress from work and everyday life as well as keep me healthy and looking fabulous.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing the many women and men on bodyspace have been a huge motivational factor as well as looking in the mirror and seeing all the areas I don't like.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 to 15 reps per set. I read in a few fitness mags that 10 to 15 reps will suffice.

Hello all. I've been doing squats twice a week and running stairs maybe 4 to 5 times a week. I know that both types of exercises are suppose to tone the thighs and glutes but are they suppose to make them bigger as well? I've noticed that my pants that once fit loosely in the thigh and butt...

ALWAYS HARD 2 ORGANISE WORK AROUNG GYM! OR IS IT THE OTHA WAY ROUND! LOL! I WORK NIGHTS AND STUDY DAY TIME SO ONLY GET 3-4 HOURS SLEEP A DAY COS I GTA GYM IT! workouts are going very well and i love animal pump the new NO product im trying its been helping me a lot. im in the same boat as far as diet, mon-fri its good but when the weekend cruises by... :(
