That's what happens when you think you take a break from your workouts and eat a lot of crap food. I just took this picture and decided to start my "comeback". I will keep you posted!
Comments:
- starting to feel a little tired, have been lifting hard four days in a row ... one more day to go
- weight is going up, but I don't feel fat or anything ... got a very nice comment about my arms - perhaps my efforts start to show ...
No problem, my pleasure! I will eat a good portion of carbs in the morning, like Müsli, along with a big protein drink. Carbs + Whey before and after the Gym and larger portions than during the "deff". I will also exclude most of the cardio. I guess that's the bigger changes I will make. I will go for a "lean bulk" and try to add as little fat as possible. BWT thanks for the add! ;)
Thanks for the add. Hope the cardio blog gives you some food for thought. Vanity is one thing, with getting a nice physique (I want that too). But I REALLY want to be healthy overall. For a LONG time.
I'm going to work legs today after some sleep - my schedule is upside down after finals, and I have been catching up on sleep lost during the last month :) Have a wonderful workout - so nice chatting with you, hope to talk to you again soon
yes, but there are also the catalysts and intangibles such as drive, determination, dedication and will - I'm sure you could add a few more to the list
Well, we had a day trip planned for work. But since things have a tendency to fall through, I brought my gym bag just in case. Sounds like trip was cancelled, so I'll be hitting gym at lunchtime!
I love movies too - you will enjoy the Blue-ray difference - it's wonderful. I agree with you about the science behind bodybuilding - there is so much to learn - it's very exciting
Thank you! No, it is Silk Spectre II from Watchmen. Good guess though - many guess that one! So nice to have you for a friend - thank you for the invitation - I'm a huge nerd :)
