How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Monday Jog 4 miles, Wednesday 2 miles treadmill then do a 50 min spin program then 2 miles on tread mill again. Saturday jog 6 miles on track, then 2 miles on treadmill.
