15 % body fat Now, get down to 8% by the end of Nov.

Combination of cardio 3 x a week for 30-45 min.
Constant routine change when it comes to weight lifting.

Last year I got down to 203lb and 9% bodyfat.....
Lets see what happens.
I was at work where we do have a gym, luckly I work @ the fire dept. We'll, I started doing wind sprints on the treadmill for 20min. Off and on....
Then I did a combo of deadlifts 5 sets and ez curl 5 sets
then smith machine shoulder press 4 sets with seated leg curls,
incline dumbbell...
