How I Started:
In highschool I was always in sports (dance team, softball, soccer & more.) So I was always into being active and working out. Now, 4 years after highschool, I am much more fit and consistantly working out to improve my body and health. In the last year or so, I have really kicked it up in the gym AND with my diet! I have recently cut back my pasta eating habits which is very hard since it's my fav! But I am doing it =] I see more changes just with that little change!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it has become habit and although my body changes..slowly, I like to see the changes when I look back at pictures. I love it because it relieves stress and is just FUN for me =]
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is Key. I am my own motivation. My boyfriend is also a movivation for me because he is so determined when he is working out. It gets him so excited and it makes me want to work harder like he does. I have noticed after highschool how people gain weight so much, I will not be one of those people who blow up after highschool. =P If I don't keep up with my body now, I know it will be harder later. I just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, one gym session at a time..and I make it work! =]
