thanks. i've been awol from the gym but i used to (decline leg press, 1 legged lunges, toe ups, deadlifts for the hammies) lift heavy every other week and run 10+ miles a week as part of your regular cardio.

I've been deliquent recently, but I love decline leg press, 1 legged lunge, toe ups every other week. And I run 10-15 miles a week, that really kicks your metabolism up.
