How I Started:
After years of struggling to accept my body I decided to take matters into my own hands. Building off a cheering as a child, adding in running, and realizing that muscle was where it was at! I started lifting and found peace.
Why I Love It:
I like working toward goals. I set them and try very hard to accomplish them. Bodybuilding is order to me. It represents the time when I can disengage from the demands of the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering what it feels like when I dont workout. I beleive the correct term is "poo". Haha.

The plan:
1. 4 day split with cardio. 2 day pure cardio (4+mi runs). 1 day of rest. Repeat!
2. Intake: 2000 cal/day with limited starches later in the day.
3. Reap the (beautiful) rewards!
This is my latest workout. every other day w/ cardio on the non weight days...i prefer 30+min steady state because it clears my mind. The goal is to complete 4 circuits in 1hr.
good luck with your goals! Just saw your blog, are you in nursing school? I'm a nurse :) It was tough, especially trying to eat right and stay on track with going to the gym! Hand in there you look awesome!!
Things are really good. Weight is going up and midsection is going down. Nowhere near as tight as yours though! Glad you fixed the motivation, we gotta look out for each other
