Background
After graduating from high school in 2007 I noticed i had put on a little weight so i started dieting and eating hardly at all but realized i wasnt making any progress so I hired a personal trainer "Leonard Kelly" at Bally Total Fitness in Tampa, Florida and he got me in shape and educated me on nutrition and eating right and from then on I was hooked.
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself, i look great and people stare at my abs and body alot. It relieves stress and makes me feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!

Tuesday: Anaerobic Endurance Conditioning/Routine Conditioning Training Circuit
Squat hops 3x10
Strattle Hold 3x10 seconds
Pike Hold 3x10 seconds
Plyometric Medicine ball pushups 3x10
Strattle jumps 3x10
Pike hanging hold 3x10 seconds
Bodyweight dips 3x12
Straight leg raise 3x15
Super slow pushups 3x8
High kicks Practice 3x10 each leg
Stadium Runs (Anaerobic Endurance Conditioning-20minutes)
Wednesday: Chest/shoulders/triceps
Bench Press 3x6
Pec dec flyes 3x6
Decline dumbbell flye 3x6

Bodyweight dips 3x12
Straight Leg raise 3x15

Friday: Legs
Leg Extension 1x 4,6,8,10,12,20
Leg Curl 1x 4,6,8,10,12,20
Hip Abduction 3x30
Walking Lunges 3x25 steps
Romanian Deadlifts 1x 4,6,8,10,12,20
Smith Machine Squats 1x 4,6,8,10,12,20
(I use this style of working out my legs because they are my best asset...So basically I start with a weight I can barely handle for 4 reps and drop it down 5 total drops till i'm at a light weight for 20 reps)
Saturday: Cardio and core work
Sunday: Active rest "Pilates or yoga"
Cardio 6x per week
(Treadmill at an 15% incline 30-45 minutes)
Weight Training 3x per week
Routine Conditioning Training circuit 2x per week
Flexibility Training 7x per week
Anaerobic Endurance conditioning 2x per week

2012 Bodybuilding.com Transformation Contest
Posted in Other : Jan 31, 2012 12:53pmToday begins the start of my transformation for the Bodybuilding.com Transformation contest. Last year this time I had entered the 2011 contest and didn't really take it as seriously as I have this year. I hadn't realized how bad I wanted to transform because this time last year I was in a very bad place financially, physically, and emotionally. So I did what I could but never with any real effort. I am happy to report my mind is in the right place and I am super excited to get started on this transformation! I have a meal plan, supplements and a training program from Jamie Eason's Fat Loss

Exercising and eating clean has become a way of life for me and I want to thank Bodybuilding.com and it's sponsors for bringing a competition like this into not only my life but hundreds of others. Money and prizes is a HUGE motivating factor but once you have gone through this experience like I have the real prize is a renewed sense of self, a complete lifestyle change and most importantly a rockin' body! I worked so hard for and can be proud of.
