I'm doing well although my progress has stalled. I changed my workout routine to full body circuits and interval cardio hoping I will lose more bodyfat this way. Trying to build my endurance so I can maybe start some track workouts. Any suggestions...let me know.

I'm doing okay. My progress has stalled because my diet isn't clean but I haven't put any weight or inches back on. I'm working more on reducing bodyfat and building endurance...gotta clean up my diet! Congrats to you though! Keep DOIN WORK'

Things are ok. Weight is way down but I'm really trying to work on the bodyfat and waistline! Not really making a whole lot of progress...starting to focus more on cardio and core work!

I experience that passing out experience too...even if I only miss a session or two. I've been yo-yoing too by missing workout sessions, but mostly with my diet...gotta get discipline with the diet because that's where I can control the bodyfat.

Thanks so much for your support! I do little things at home like core exercises, pushups, and cardio but I don't have any equipment here...no dumbbells, balls or anything. I will start to accumulate some to be prepared for future obstacles.
