I saw pictures of me and my daughter on her graduation and I realized how much weight I had gained over the years.

Staying on bodyspace, making friends, and watching people progress keeps me motivated. Seeing my own progress motivates me. The desire and hunger to learn all I can about bodybuilding, fitness, and nutrition keeps me motivated. But most of all, my goals keep me motivated....they are the reason I do things I don't want to do when I don't want to do them. My goals guide me and drive me towards success no matter what....NO EXCUSES!!

Goal (Long):
I want to get in the best condition possible through a total life style change and body transformation. Most of my life, I've been a light weighted person and very athletic and I want to get back to as close to that as possible. Eventually, I want to help others understand the importance of fitness, exercise, and nutrition.

I Switched to full body circuit workouts and interval cardio for the next 4 or 6 weeks....depending upon progress. During this phase I am working on burning more bodyfat, and improving endurance while maintaining muscle. I completed 4 workouts this week....2 interval cardio workouts and 2...
Also right now I am more focused on losing fat in stead or weight lifting. I know I should do both but I think once I reach my goal weight then I will begin to tone up. You look like you are doing great!
I have been sticking to low fat and low calorie eating. Even when I take a break from working it out I still lose, they always say the key is the way you eat and I definitely make sure I stick to it. Although I could really go for a nice big burger.

Hey! Things are going but not as well as I want them to. I gained 2 lbs then lost it and then gained a lb. My weight has been stagnant in one area but now I'm getting back on track. I got back in the gym after a two week hiatus and I must say I will never do that again. I need my body to stay trained to workouts because I felt like I was going to pass out yesterday, lol. How are you? Losing that skinny fat I see.
Hang in there! Try to do some things at home! A little of something is better than nothing! If you have some dumbells and an exercise ball you can get in a pretty good workout! I hope things get better for you!
LOL! College football is BIG! Anticipating great things from my ALMA MATER (Virginia Tech) this year. The challenge does begin on tomorrow! Have a great weekend and Labor Day!
