What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
grunting is ok but the volume level of it should be maintained at all times in the gym.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
shorts in the summer/long pants in the winter, sports bra, tank top, cross trainers. This is what I'm most comfortable training in.
