Great stress relief. Love the way it makes me look and feel. I've also met soooooo many awesome friends who live the same lifestyle! We are all one big family!
How I Stay Motivated:
After 19 years of working out it's a natural part of my life. If I can get up to go to work then I can workout! I'd much rather go to the gym then work though! lol!
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to maintain and even improve my physique after all of these years of working out. I'm proud of that. Winning 1st place and overall in my 1st and only bodybuilding contest! That was in 1997 but can honestly say that I would kick my own ass if I competed agaist myself today! lol! But true! Muscle maturity baby!!!

Goal (Long):
Letting my entire body recover from 6 months of hard core training and dieting...and an injury. Still training like crazy though...just eating a bit more and not taking any fat burners and such at the moment. Only training 5 days a week now with 4 days of cardio. Not looking as ripped as I have been :( but the body has to heal in order stay in the game. ;) Still in the 10-12% bodyfat range though and will maintain that through the fall and winter and crank it back up after the new year.
