How I Started:
My father was a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 years. I have always been an athlete so I can't really see myself wearing a tie and sitting behind a desk all day.
Why I Love It:
I love being active and seeing all the ways I can transform my body as well as help others achieve their own personal fitness goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
You have to stay busy, I like to mix it up all the time with my workouts. Hiking, biking, swimming, sports, and my favorite, Cross-Fit!

Graduating from the National Personal Training Institute and by the way, I'm not a bodybuilder, far from it!
