Overall Goal: To place this year and be close to peak level in my third season of 2010.
Fit Status:
Coming in at 101 lbs. and three weeks out, I am ready to dial in and hit it harder for my second show and being the first show of the season
When I hit 40 my metabolism went south and so did my attitude. Being a trainer and performer, it was not really a good idea to live there so I finally decided to kick it up a notch and began competing. I train with Tim Gardner Team Body Tech at www.team********.com and it is the best thing I could have done for my life and my career, not to mention my head.
Why I Love It:
It is spiritually fit for me and then the body follows, so I get a lot of bang for my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that the efforts I put into my life can possibly help someone else get a life, moves me everyday.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting on a stage in barely nothing knowing where I came from at 170 lbs. back in my mid 20's blows me away all the time. This is a priviledge for me and I never take it for granted.

To place this year and be close to peak level in my third season of 2010.
Goal (Long):
Because of losing so much weight, I have some loose skin and my goal is to do whatever I can to tighten it up. So far I am going with natural sun, vitamin C, and a heavy ab load to fill/build the muscle up on all. In addition, I need to also build up on my delts more and my glutes.
The off season is really what I am looking forward to most to get as much work done between May to Sept. this year and then more from Oct. to March.
