Started new protein and N.O. last week. Increased chicken, fish and lean beef 6-8oz each meal this week. Time to GROW!

Feel energized to build my strength again after clensing. School makes it harder to eat often/ clean. Hope to build mass on summer break.

Not sure if I should gain mass or maintain what I have. I miss having cuts so maybe get a little leaner?

Just competed in my first BB show at NPC Texas State, Nov '08. In off season going to school and hoping to maintain my build.
