Overall Goal: Been gone off this site for awhile. Still training and in nursing school now (ASN-RN). Just trying to improve on what I've gained past two years.
Fit Status:
Ready to increase cardio from 2x 30min a week to 3x 45min weekly.

Why I Love It:
I train because I love to eat! I'm fortunate to not work at the moment and am able to devote so much time for training.
