How I Started:
I've been an athlete my entire life. I gained weight during college and lost it over the course of 2 years. As happens with (almost) everyone, some of the weight has crept back and I've decide to use my love of fitness and nutrition to get serious about this, and not only lose 15 lbs, but get FIT.
Why I Love It:
The rush of working out (runners high), the way I feel, the way my body looks.
