STARTED WEIGHTLIFTING FOR SPORTS IN HIGH SCHOOL.
Why I Love It:
IT IS A HUGE STRESS RELIEVER. I AM ALWAYS FINDING PARTS OF MY BODY THAT AREN'T HOW I WANT THEM TO BE, SO THE ONLY WAY TO GET THEM CLOSER TO MY GOALS IS TO WORKOUT.
How I Stay Motivated:
SEEING OTHER PEOPLE ON HERE AND HOW THEIR BODY IS THE BODY TYPE I'D LIKE TO HAVE. I AM PLANNING A TRIP TO MEXICO AND I WANT TO BE THE FITTEST GUY ON THE BEACH.
Have patience, use perfect technique and if at first you don't succeed try, try again. No wait that's what you need for catching fish. :) You have a great start so keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be
Hi Dave! I'll give you "the answer" just like a professor told ME in grad school, "It Depends!" How much cardio...how little? Eat what? and when? IT ALL DEPENDS...!
