I have always been into fitness and working out since high shchool. My best friend has always called me Ms. Stairmaster. In 1999 I became a Personal Trainer for Lenda Murray 8x Ms.Olympia at her gym in Virginia Beach called the
Fitness Firm. That is when I first was introduced to Figure Competition. Lenda sponsored her very own Figure show, and from then I have been hooked. I continued to train under Lenda for the coming years until she relocated to the West Coast. Working with her taught me so much about the bodybuilding industry. I truly was able to see Lenda prepare for the Olympia shows and learn what it means to have real professional discipline.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy, and feeling great.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband is my number one fan. Watching other women in the industry and hearing there success stories. Lenda Murray, Monica Brant, Donna Richardson (Sweatiing in the Spirit) these are woman who are making a difference, opening the doors for all of us.
BB Accomplishments:
Competining in the Lenda Murray NPC Classic Figure Show.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. It is kind of funny...I looked in the mirror this morning and I saw a drastic change. I had only worked for two day. but I suspose it help me lose fluid I was still retaining from pregnancy. It motivated me to return to the gym again today.
