I believe abs and muscles are truly made in the kitchen! I eat about 6 smaller balanced meals per day.
My way of eating is common sense, well to me anyways! I eat smaller meals about 2-3 hours apart. Balanced with a fist size of protein and complex carbs. Right now im getting my fats out of the meats I eat because im going thru a strict 12 week diet along side a rigourous training program. Because of this im keeping my fats to a min. Im getting most of my proteins from chicken, turkey, fish. Complex carbs form oats, quinoa and veggies. No diary now and for over the next 12 weeks no cheat meals. Normally I would have a few cheat meals thru out the week. Im no professional and ive dabbled with Paleo but not really long enough to comment on it one way or another.
This is the way I will be eating for the next 12 weeks. Oh and I will be drinking a gallon of water per day.
Will also have a nice protein drink after every workout and before bedtime.
Will also cut carbs out the last few meals of the day and just stick with protein and veggie carbs.
