dont know the exact date. this was about a year and a half or so into my lifting and i was up from being a buck 60 to around low 170s...good progress. I am a skinny guy naturally so I have put a lot of hard work in since then!

Well, me currently...at 197 lbs in this pic.
not bad, 37 lbs more than when i started and still relatively low BF%...I am trying to get back up in the 200s again eventually, but its hard to do when youre trying to keep your BF kind of low.
