well let see, basiclly my long term goal is to be fit and be able to play sports with my three kids as they grow up.
AS for my work out goals: being 6'1", i have always be the tall skin guy. which at 37y/o is not to bad still but i want to be the tall toned, built guy. I do not want to be "jacked".. to old for that now... but i think at 6'1" 205 -210 would be good. My biggest problem is my metabolism is so fast, it takes and act of congress to gain weight.
