hey thanx for the add.... you should try squats or deadlifts... they take a lil while to get down right and you get majorly sore for a couple days afterward but all that is totally worth the results they give

no prob, and try to eat a lot of white meat... like chicken breast, sliced turkey, tuna. then stuff like peanut butter, whole grain cereals and oatmeal is always good.
what i found really helps out is hanging crunches, and then doing sit ups on a decline with a medicine ball, it has done wonders for me! if u decide to try it lemme know how it works for you!
thanks for the add! well for me its all about the diet, i worked for 4 months hardcore and saw next to no results... then i got my diet on track and i was getting huge fast. lots of protein, carbs, and calories. drink a lotof water and try to avoid sugar, trans fat, and sodium. if you have any qyestions feel free to ask me and ill do my best to help out!
