How I Started:
I go in spurts of working out. Never really ending up where I want to be. I lose my modivation so easily. Because it's so frustrating not having the stamina to keep going, I just get so tired. SO i'm finally just so sick of it. I've lost 10lbs so far. I just go day by day.
Why I Love It:
I gotta push myself to take the initial step to exercising. Once i'm working out, I'm starting to sweet and then i'm just so pumped. My happiness level goes up and I just feed off how it's making me feel. Totally starts my day out right.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's extremly tough for me to stay modivated. I don't really have a good support system right now,other than my boyfriend. He's lackin modivation too so sometimes its hard to find it there. So any words of encouragement,advice,tips, would be highly appreciated!!!

So far i've lost 10lbs.

Goal (Long):
When I was a teen I had a very active life. I was at a healthy weight I had great muscle tone for a female and I didn't get easily winded.Once I hit college everything went down hill.I just didn't have any time to dedicate to my health. I worked two jobs and was going to school full time.My self esteem and confidence just wasn't like it used to be. I want to be happy with myself. I want to be able to do anything without feeling so tired,worn out, and out of breath. I want to feel like I can wear anything and look good. Health problems run on my mothers side and I want to dedicate more time and care into my body. I know that If I work hard and really want this then I can accomplish this with much dedication. But I need a lot of support and encouagement. I lose sight from my goal so easily.
