May, 2007
How I Started:
Used to be heavy into bodybuilding before a knee injury moved me into a desk job for 4 years. Now I have to work my way back to where I was and continue onto my goal of being truly huge and ripped.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the pump and the endorphine rush from tearing up the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am determined to be as big and strong as I can be.
BB Accomplishments:
4 years ago I was benching over 300. I will get back there again.
Ok, so I have finished the stack of ZMA PM and Trib. I cant say that I notice any real differences in muscle size or strength. I did however, sleep alot better and noticed a faster recovery time after workouts. Even though there were no real size gains, I did notice an increase in fat...
Being a Firefighter I don't always the time to hit the gym for traditional split training. My workouts are long and intense. I do this for two reasons. One, I want to make sure I work my entire body. Two, when I am on the job, this is how things go at fire scenes, long and intense.
hey i noticed your taking kaizen zma, i want to start taking it too. i was wondering if you noticed any big improvements due to it, or any side effects. thanks man
