How I Started:
Started working out in high school for football. Slacked off and gained wait during a six year stint in the Navy. Came home overweight, so got back into bodybuilding. Great muscle gains but still can't lose the weight.
Why I Love It:
Great ego boost and stress reducer. I would also like to believe that if I could cut up I could win some shows.
How I Stay Motivated:
I would like to compete just once for me. This drives me to shape my body. The problem is that this is not enough during the diet.

Goal (Long):
Someday I would like to enter a contest. (but not this year) To do this I feel I need to add size to my chest and back. I also need to peak out my biceps more. The great thing is that I don't need to work on my calves and forearms as I already look a little like Popeye. (Thanks to genetics)

feel pretty good about back and bi's but can't understand why my bench didn't come up. gonna try that one again tomorrow. Chest size has increased, but no increase in strength. weight is still stable at 270 +/- 5 lbs. Squats and Bench max lifts tomorrow will see how we do. I've been doing...
thats sweet, im just kinda looking for some type of direction with my life and i like to help people and stuff, and i dig the work schedule a lot, do you work the 24on, 48off schedule?
