What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Probably lifting with poor form.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Any exercise can be dangerous with poor form and too much weight.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my rotator cuff and it wasn't healed until 5 months later. Not sure how I injured it, though.

Switched jobs and it has been kickin my ass.. Luckily that phase is done and I can move on and get back into it.. Gonna squat 250k in 6 hrs or less for a new record this April.. Hoping maybe that might get their attention ;)
