Finally back at it after a litle set back. Let's see if we can't get that bodyfat percentage down.
Goal (Long):
I want to transform my body. I had packed on alot of weight. At one point I was 235, and I am now at 209. I want to lose the fat and gain back to about 220 of rock hard lean muscle with a body fat percentage of no more thatn 10%. Won't be a problem with the motivation from all the great body-spacers on bb.com. Just gotta stay focused and motivated.I am starting the "Body For Life Challenge" in hopes to be the best condition of my life by September and make the S.O.R.T. Team at work.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Not really got one yet. Really just getting started. I have cut out on the starches and started eating more protein based diets. Watch my calorie intake a little closer. I have always been a big eater so the diet thing is going to be my biggest problem. Not really got one yet. Really just getting started. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
I sent you a private message with some information about why you need to eat 5 to 6 meals per day and what happens when you don’t as far as the Body for Life program. Eating just twice a day will not get you where you want to go and I really want to see you achieve great results. If you want to grow good quality lean muscle you need to eat. Stay focused and determined.
Both my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I are behind you 100% as you work at completing the 12 week Body for Life Challenge. If there is anything that we can do to be of assistance all you have to do is ask. Make sure to take lots of pictures; people will be amazed as the transformation starts to happen. Words of advice: Believe in the BFL program but most of all; believe in yourself and your ability to do what needs to be done.
How You doing there Budd..hows training going...Hope all is well with You..i had an assessment recently..i was told..all the development on my body is great..with one exception..NO HAMSTRINGS..Please give me some advice
You can get it done man....don't give up! Its like a couple months of pure sacrifice....and the MT products just help you recover and be able to rain so hard! If I can do this...trust me anyone can! I'll help you any way I can!
Thanks for the add to your friends. Yes, the Captain and I believe in fitness and want to help as many people as we possibly can, to see the benefits of working out. The BfL challenge is pretty easy and you will be able to do especially if you quit smoking you can do this - no problem...
Yes, we both took and completed the Body for Life Challenge. We both saw great results, especially my wife who was fighting through the energy depleting disease Lupus as well as Fibromyalgia and I had the honor of being judged 10th overall in Canada, which I thought was pretty darn good seeing as I was competing against younger and all able-bodied contestants. If there is anything that we can do to assist don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks dude, My diet consists of mainly lean meat and lots of vegetables....mainly salads, things low in calories. I also snack on fruit just to get some carbs in my system. Wishing you well,
It is me who wishes to thank you. Not only for adding me as your friend but for the very flattering and yet humbling words that you sent me. I appreciate them more than you may ever know and use them for motivation when I feel myself tiring. I wish you success as you strive to achieve your fitness goals and hope that you stay strong, focused & determined.
