When I Started: Jan 1995
HOW I STARTED:

I began working out to stay in shape for sports in high school.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out now, because it gives me a very strong feeling of accomplishment. It also helps me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is very important to me.
