I began working out to stay in shape for sports in high school.
Why I Love It:
I love working out now, because it gives me a very strong feeling of accomplishment. It also helps me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is very important to me.

I have transformed my body over the past year and I hope to continue to see where I can take it.
Goal (Long):
I have just started the Tri Phase training program and am in the middle of week #1. I have been looking for a new program since I had recently finished my last transformation and want to continue to progress. After consulting with "the Beast" at Team SciVation, he sent me this program and along with some supplement changes, I am expecting big results.
