This woman shows such an inner strength that continues to amaze me. She will be at the gym day in and day out, when most people would have to rest. When she is in the gym, her workouts would make a grown man cry (I have cried more than once!)She will not give in to food temptations, when most people would cheat a little. She has commited herself to her goals, and is reaching them. And she is hot.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Since I have been eating clean, and working out regularly, I have found I am much more efficient and effective on the fireground. Firefighting is a mix of strength and cardio, and when I have been disciplined in my lifestyle, with the right amounts of the right foods, I can feel when my body is working the way I want it to. I am happily married to fit4god. We have been sharing this road again since January, and it has rekindled something we shared 10 years ago, when healthy living was a strong part of our relationship. Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
I fell into the trap. I lost most of the weight I was looking to lose, and I let my family, my full time job, plus the fire dept, and college be my excuse to slack off in the gym, and eat crap. I don't think I did very much damage to myself, but I have decided to continue what I set...
Hey Trevor, just checking back on you to see how things are going since a few weeks ago. I've managed to lose 7 lbs the month of August and my goal is 8 lbs for Sept. Started working out about 3 weeks ago in a class called Group Power, which is pretty much circuit training. Hope to see some good results in the next few months. Keep me posted on your progress man.
Hey Treavor, things are coming along pretty well at the moment. I started a class at the gym called Group Power and I thinks it gonna kick my butt plus get me in pretty good shape. So far I'm staying on the diet well too and getting in some cardio. Hopefully see some progress to post in the next couple of weeks. How about you?
Hey Trevor, you are making some great progress. You've really leaned up and showing some good definition and mass now. Keep it up and those abs will keep on coming. I'm starting again myself last week and have a long ways to go. Good luck!
