nice job. I love oats! As far as your yam(orange flesh)...try a sweet potato (the white flesh)they have more of a starchy dry flavor-I prefer them to yams. Yes, eating every 2-3hrs is a MUST especially this far out. How many grams of protein are you taking in per day?

I make my oats fresh everyday. It's much better tasting. + just add water and microwave for 1 min-fast and easy! The egg thing totally depends on how close to show you are. I lean towards cracking my own, less sodium and much more natural that way. The substitutes are ok, as long as your like 3-4 mons away from show. I'm just not a fan of all the chemicals. :)

doing back to back shows like that is a really great idea! You should peak nicely at the Ironman! I will probably come watch! Yes, I drank coffee all the way through training. with this exception of "peak week." You'll need the coffee (drink it black!) especially when you are carb depleteing and cutting out supplements! Anything else? Just throw it out ther!

I see you're planning on the oregon Ironman, huh? that's a great show. I competed in it last year. In bodybuilding though. I'm pretty familiar with it, so let me know if you need some help, especially in diet-that;s the tough stuff

wow Trey. Thsnks. Nice work on your part as well. NPTI...hmm...Who ever came up with that program was a genious because, it's a $6000 weekend book certification as far as i'm concerned. Maybe I don't have good instructors?

the gresham test is easier than Portland's agility for sure! I passed Gresham's no problem. I also went through 2 interviews with them. But they only hired medics. Seattle usually tests in Jan. You might have missed the application deadline though.

that's a lot of people to feed! Yes, I'm a group fitness trainer for an exercise boot camp, and thats how i plan on spending most of my career-being a trainer. It just feels right for me. I want to get a few more competitions under my belt and i want to train athletes for competitions. I eventually want a nutrition degree as well. having a goodweekend?
