i am just finishing my cycle of h-drol and gains were great but in my last week i quit smoking and went down 20 pounds on my bench. can anyone help me here. i have tried on three different workouts and i can't put up the weight.
Hey ben, keep up the hard work, your goal is going to pay off and your gonna look good, the hardest part is going to be sticking with your diet in the firehouse brother. My two clients have the same problem but the easiest way is to have a partner do it with you so your not solo. Stay up brother.
just wanted to say hello, i always love running across fellow firefighters who are on here to make a difference for themselves and look the role of which we play. Keep training hard the results you desire don't come over night. STRENGTH & HONOR
sorry it took so long for me to respond, but I only just realized that you had left me a message....anyway, I took the firefighter's test on a dare from my husband who is currently a firefighter. I lost of course. While I was nowhere near his time, I did finish the course in 4 min 30 secs.........that 40lb vest is a killer.
Hey there just got your message, Im doing good just cant seem to gain any weight still loosing. Maybe just not eating enough but heck I eat 6 times a day. The work outs are going good but cant do chest or shoulder work; I have an old injury to my left shoulder that keeps flaring up. But back, arms and legs are going real well and looking forward to chest and shoulders again.
Thanks for looking me up, as far as swapping advice I would have to start by saying read as much as you can on Bodybuilding.com and get your hands on some books. Just bought one called Power Eating. Has alot of great info on eating properly for gaining mass and also for cutting. Be safe!
