need to kick myself back in gear,been fishing and have'nt hit gym in a month.no partner so motivation is just me.plan on pushing myself back.

Hi Elaine, HIT-high intensity training, I am looking to add muscle while loosing fat.I believe I have a good work out-with variety.I eat six meals a day,guess there is no fast cure for fat loss,really need to clean up my diet-not loose wieght just fat.Any advice would greatly be appreciated.Thank you.

Your welcome.Thank you,need to get at it hard.Been hitting gym,but heart has'nt been in it.Refocused and more determined.Good luck with your goals,must say you have made great progress.

Hi, sorry for my delay in replying.Glad to her your moved and getting settled in.How do you feel about HIIT training? use treadmill or eliptical?I did it before using elipticl and liked it.Is that a good method of loosing love handles?Thank you. Don
