I have actually been working out for about 2 years off and on.Just get going regular and that,then take off time to fish.Need to stop that and get focussed.

Well after my ankle injury,I missed Fridays workout,went back to gym Monday,Tuesday.Then short vacation.Today weighed myself and am at 204lbs.One of the guys at the gym said he could see it in muscle form.Remeasured Biceps--now at 16in.I have grown a half inch in size in just alittle over...

Hi Don, Tell me what HIIT trainin is! There are so many new fancy names for normal things these days. lol
As far as treadmill vs elliptical, i vary my cardio...as with exercises. And love handles are fat in a specific area...that needs to be burned off. You cannot spot reduce. Unfortunately fat usually comes off last where ever you put it on first. A horrible fact of life! lol
