What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

breakfast this morn. was 3 eggs, toast and some jelly...i get off work at 4 then time to hit the gym..i'll be dong chest, biceps, and abs, and some cardio. everyone have a good day...later
4 days a week, mon. tues. thur. and fri. monday and thur. is upper body, tue. and friday lower body. cadio on mon. and thur. and abs on tue. thur. and fri.
