getting complaments from people. seeing a difference, good self esteme, knowing if i quit, i'll go back to my old self, and i dont want that.
BB Accomplishments:
i would have to say loosing 130 pounds in 1 year...and doing it healthy...i never went a day without eating...i quit the pop, junk and fast food and started eating healthy.

If i know i havent told them anything...and they give me a complament...then i know i'm doing something right

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
the day started at the gym with chest, biceps, forearms. Training preety good for the most part, oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, trying to get ready for the summer wheather. eating 6 meals a day along with 3 protein shakes (monster milk) and traing 4-5 days a week. my total weight...
split body, mondays i do delts, traps, triceps, and abs, tuesday back, thursday chest, biceps, forearms, and abs, fridays i do legs...cardio 2 times a week.
