Never give up know matter how hard it may seem at times....their will be days, weeks, months that you feal you havent lost any weight (or watever your goal is) and some days or weeks you havent...but ...more

breakfast this morn. was 3 eggs, toast and some jelly...i get off work at 4 then time to hit the gym..i'll be dong chest, biceps, and abs, and some cardio.  everyone have a good day...later
