How I Started:
I have very active parents my dad's a martial arts Sensei and former soccer coach, my mom was always physically active. Having good genetics I build muscle easily so i decided to start training and now I'm hooked for life!
Why I Love It:
I love the high I get from working out and training with weights is such a power trip. I also love the way my body looks I have a 6 year old and I am in the best shape of my life. Plus I want to enjoy the best of life in all areas and be a role model of fitness for my son and other women
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a pic of Monica Brant on my wall!!! Plus I genuinely love working out so when you enjoy what you do its motivation enough.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet entered my first competition in 2007 placed fifth, in my second year of competing I placed second and third and this year fourth and fifth.

Okay so I admit it: I fell off the wagon for the past 4-5 weeks eating everything my heart desired. Oh did I ever indulge my chocolate obsession, boy oh boy I ate like food was going out of style!!! Now i'm certain I'm about 12lbs heavier and my bodyfat % ridiculous! So here I am willing to...
For the next six weeks I will be on a serious muscle building program with focus mainly on back and shoulders. I really want to gain width and symmetry in my back and shoulders and of particular interest rear deltoid muscles. My workout split for the next six weeks is as follows:
