How I Started:
I have very active parents my dad's a martial arts sensei and former soccer coach, my mom was always physically active. Being genetically gifted i build muscle easily so i decided to start training and now i'm hooked for life!
Why I Love It:
I love the high I get from working out and training with weights is such a power trip. I also love the way my body looks I have a 4 year old and I am in the best shape of my life. Plus I want to enjoy the best of life in all areas and be a role model of fitness for my son and other women
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a pic of Monica Brant on my wall!!! Plus I genuinely love working out so when you enjoy what you do its motivation enough.

None yet entered my first competition this year placed fifth.

This was taken two weeks ago (11 weeks from show date) I'm 135.4lbs abd just started dieting so dont judge!!!
My goal in 2008 is to compete in the Central American and Caribbean games and of course National seniors where I will qualify

This year i intend to compete in the National Seniors competition which is a qualifier for CAC which is one of the options for turning pro. Last year i was told to bring up my shoulders and my back which i believe I have done successfully so...

So my contest day has been changed and I'm tanking God!!! So I have 11 weeks to go now. I have a pro bono trainer and she's the best. So far I\ve lost like 14lbs and inches all over I'm sticking with my diet goin down 2 125gms of carbs and 150gms protein. The date for my show is 13th September...
I vary my workout OPctber I was on a muscle building program and this month I want to lose some fat so I'll be supersetting and doing more cardio (30-40mins)
Monday Back/Biceps/abs supersets 4 exercises each body part 4 sets 12-15 reps
Tues Legs hamstring/quad supersets 4-5 exercises...
absolutly incredible body, your back and legs are out of this world u have got some amazing size but your really cut, good luck with your comp your going to kick serious ass lookin that good
