Overall Goal: want to see results from my hard work at the gym. Waist of time if I am covering it all up with body fat

How I Started:
5 weight sessions a week.
4 walks,
oztag (like touch football) once a week, 1 1 run a week will work on increasing this.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel alive, confident and healthy. I love looking and feeling strong. I appreciate the work people go to to look big, firm and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read articles on Bodybuilding.com
I always get "you look good for someone who just had a baby" its no excuse being larger just because a baby came along. It is hard to break out of the eating whatever you want phase though. It's very hard to stay motivated, I'm on my own because the friends I do have don't want this same thing. They buy the naughty food and/or aren't that active...
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing all my weight after having bub.
I have always been active but only just started to lift to failure. My fat percentage is very very high which is why it doesn't look like I have accomplished anything. I work hard so why shouldn't I reward myself with seeing results. Anyway talking about isnt going to make it happen. I got to get busy with my diet and more cardio.
I started work full time. I was on maternity leave for a while and my daughter started day care early so I had 3 months all to myself no work no child! Thats when the results started to show.
I still work out but only able to go in my lunch hour....
alo there ... nice to see someone from downunder.. I actually worked with someone in business recently from Sydney.. Always wanted to visit there. I've been most everwhere else ... Anyway, great changes from 2006 to now ... the lines and curves are showing. Interested in how the velocity diet works for you.
I just thought I would drop by and wish you all the best and much success in reaching your goals. Keep up the great work and try to push yourself to be the best that you can be.
Hey lookin good, great progress. What's your diet look like? You know nearly 80% of all your results in your exercise routine is diet? "Wow" is what I said when I head about it 3 years ago. lol. Any questions bout diet? maybe i could help
