How I Started:
One day, in sixth grade, I went to the gym and I loved it so I just kept going. Everyone said that I had perfect form but I have never been trained on form. I was luckily born with great form.
Why I Love It:
I love to see what my body can do and I feel great. Also, it is great for stress relief.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a journal and I look at the guys who are easy gainers and I want to beat them.
BB Accomplishments:
Just sticking with it while everyone else quits. The only thing is, being a hard gainer, the food bill is through the roof.
P.S. Ignore the initial stat recordings, I was guessing on them when I did that and they were way off.

Generally I do a modified version of Arnold's sample workout from the encyclopedia, currently I am powerlifting:
Chest: Sets Reps
Bench 5 5,4,3,2,1 warm-up
1 1 rep max
4 20 for first set 6 ...
my deadlift is probably much heigher now
i havent deadlifted in forever!
and my chest has always been week but last week i hit 225 for 8. 3 weeks ago i had never even tried 225 before!
and in my opinion if you dont train legs. you dont train haha.
i actually dont train at the Y anymore it no longer fits my needs. i felt tooo limited there
