Thanx buddy, the shoulder workout is what Markus ruhl does for his, and that guy has probably th biggest in business so it does work, let me know how u get on :)
Oh right, then work on your core strength before you attempt squats and deadlifts. good one for the back are plank/prone holds and back extensions arent too bad either. no worries at all mate.
Fair enuff mate, but yea remember doesnt happen over nite =) Just stick to it and i also recommend compound exercises that involve more than one muscle ie, squats, bent over rows, bench, deadlifts etc. It will help with overall mass, and since they are high intensity exercises they help with fat loss.
Keep us updated with ur progress.
Thanks mate, your lookin in good shape as well, especially for 16! Consistency is the key and results will come from there =) oh really? wat part of NSW r u from? ive only been to Byron Bay in NSW.
Thanks for the add and the compliment. You look like you already have the basic shape that your shooting for you just gotta add some mass. 2 important things Consistency with food/eating and consistency with training. Dont overdo the training but do train hard and dont overdue the eating, clean multiple meals over the day. Then you'll start to see some results in as little as 3 months. Peace
Thanks man. From your photo it looks like you are naturally lean so I don't think you will have a hard time staying tone. Just remember that Rome was not built overnight and niether will a great physique. Pay attention to compound movement (Bench, squat, deadlift, etc.). That will provide a great base. Take it easy.
