Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I would say the same, arnold (although mazzive) still appears natural to me. THat's why I like him. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends, When I am alone in the gym it is less than a minute each time and about 1-3 minutes between different exercise (enough to set-up and grab a drink.
