It's been a very rough week here in Jackson. Mountain biking in the Tetons, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and boating on the lake. No, I'm not on vacation. That's just how we do it here in WY:) Have a great weekend.

I've never been one to run merely for the pleasure of running. I've never experienced the "high" some runners do. I've managed running 2 miles in about 13 minutes, but that's about it. I have sinus issues which prevent me from being able to get enough air...not to mention the high altitude where I live. I'm pretty sure others think I'm about to die when they hear me running and trying to breathe. Aside from the breathing issue (minor detail), I've been having some pain in my right knee...
