How I Started:
My interest in bodybuilding started when I was 12 after watching Termnator 2. i was inspired by both Linda Hamilton and Arnold. I started reading Muscle and Fitness but I had to wait until I was 16 to join the local gym. I was a successful high school and college athlete and have been active my entire life.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself and seeing the improvements. I feel like it's who i am.
How I Stay Motivated:
Since deciding to compete and comitting to it, I have had no troube with motivation. I have a strong desire to be the best that I can in this sport. slacking off is not an option!! My personal training clients inspire me too. I'm lucky to have some very dedicated one's under my wing!
