Long term goal is to maintain a sex and completely fit body. Increase my bench press to 405lbs,squat 400lbs improve my vertical leap, become faster and add 3 to 4 inches to arms and legs.
ok....first..in these photos i'm 12 weeks out from a show...then 7, then 5 at about 9.5% bodyfat...Off season, I still stay pretty clean with diet, BF about 15%. But...This is my passion, so it keeps me young. And yes, I do consulting for men...
neither diet nor cardio... i eat everything just not fried food much... i don't do cardio... i'm naturally a lean person.. it is hard for me to gain weight.. when i take time off of lifting i loose a bit...
To tell you the truth, i eat anything i want and i never do cardio. my parents have great genetics. i recover fast and my parents have small frames so being fat really isn't an option. LOL. The most cardio i get is running through a workout quickly to break a sweat
