This was at my heaviest, my body fat was way over the limit. Picture was taken around the middle of 2002.

This was at my heaviest, my body fat was way over the limit. Picture was taken around the middle of 2002.

This was at my previous weight before i started Bodybuilding. Was taken around the middle of 2005. I lost 20kg of weight from 76kg to 56kg within 2 months with ridiculous dieting and mad insane exercise. Without any knowledge in fitness or bodybuilding, i used the most effective but harmful way to lost weight. Minimising on food and Insane Exercise. I took meal replacements, took fruits for meals and sometimes even skipped lunches. I squeezed in 2 to 3 4km runs, 3 hour night cycling for 2 to 3 days and a rigorous swimming session, all in a week. After losing a heap load of fat and muscles, I managed to work my way up from 56kg to 60kg within a year or so and maintained 60kg till 2006 where i was about 61kg when i started to bodybuild. Meanwhile, i'm working on building up more before taking any new pictures.
